Tyrone made an after hours call during a wedding we were hosting to resolve a signal issue on our alarm system. He made it here promptly considering the distance and resolved the issue fast. No disruption to guests. He's a fantastic technician and was super polite and great to work with. Would highly recommend his work.

We recently had our 35-year-old security system updated after our original security company was bought and sold several times. The newest owner, Per Mar, has proven to be a top-notch company. After struggling to get the previous company to come out and service our system, Per Mar responded within just a few days. Matt was our first point of contact, and I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He took the time to understand our older system, asked detailed questions, and made thorough notes so that whoever followed up would know exactly what was needed. I was pleasantly surprised when Matt was the technician who returned to complete the upgrade. Our system is complex, covering a large area with numerous doors, windows, and some unique security requirements. Throughout the installation, Matt remained patient, persistent, and determined, even when unexpected challenges arose. He never lost faith in finding a solution. In addition to his technical expertise, Matt was respectful of our home and meticulous about cleaning up after drilling new holes and completing the installation. It's rare to find someone who combines knowledge, problem-solving skills, and such

I recently worked with Per Mar Security Services, and the experience was excellent! Their technician, Matt C. was professional, approachable, and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly in a way that made the process feel simple and manageable. It was obvious he takes pride in doing the job right. He worked carefully, followed all the proper steps, and never rushed, which really stood out. Before leaving, Matt made sure we understood how everything worked. He took the time to answer any questions we had, confirmed the system was running properly, and made sure we felt comfortable using it. That level of attention makes a big difference. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Matt’s approach left a strong impression and reflects well on the company as a whole. I would confidently recommend Per Mar Security Services to anyone looking for dependable, knowledgeable service.

Matt C was extremely knowledgable and made our transition very easy. He was patient as he showed us how our upgraded system works, and answered all our questions. Our business was open during the installation and Matt did his best to warn us of any potential disruptions to our clients. Extremely professional, great service.

PerMar employees, Jeff Bedward and Cody Schultz arrived on time. They came in to connect a cellular radio to my existing system that was 32 years old. Jeff was training Cody and he was very well educated on his information and technique that he was passing onto Cody. Both men were extremely respectful to myself and my husband and our property. Jeff and Cody maintained their professional work ethic as they worked to upgrade our outdated system. There were many, many trips up and down the stairs. At the end of the day we were extremely surprised at the outcome of the visit. We now will be monitored with a brand new system all thanks to Per Mar and their excellent customer appreciation and ability to make our home secure. We will be goodwill ambassadors for Per Mar to all of our family and friends. Customer satisfaction is the true mark of a company that cares for their clients. Please thank Jeff and Cody again for us they are valuable employees representing the face of your company.
